[grisbi-user] translations

Hello,

I have taken in charge the french user manual update. The last revision 
was 0.5.9 (from 2004) and it became a lot obsolete with Grisbi 0.6.0. I 
rewrote most of the chapters and changed their structure so that they 
should be more easily readable. I am now making the revision 0.8.8 and it 
will be available in a few weeks.

The revision 0.6.0 is now downloadable at 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/grisbi/files/Documentation/

If you would envision to take in charge the translation in your own 
language, I could help you and give you directly the sources, which are 
not on the git for now.
