[grisbi-user] transfer between accounts doesn't work

Of course!
I just have make it in the bug-report i opened... (someone ask me to try 
with 7.99)
1) installed 0.7.99
2) create a new gsb file
3) create 2 accoutns
4) create a positive transaction i account 1
5) create a transfer to account 2
result:
in account 1 i can see 2 transaction
in account 2 nothing!

I usually use this function whit 0.5.9 version, may be the italian version 
have problem?
