I think it's not only related to windows XP. Users of Vista and 7 have
also reported it.

And IIRC, some linux users also have reported similar problems.

The problem is under investigation, but we still have no solution to it,
and we don't yet clearly know what is causing it.
We'll let you know when we find out what is wrong.
