Yup, Grisbi works fine with these old formats.

I have been using Eclipse BIRT (http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/)
to do fancier reports.
It was a long time ago that I started this work and this was with
0.5.9 file format.
So when I recently restarted the report writing that I noticed the
file format change as my reports no longer worked,

Its great having the wiki page.
A bonus that the XML is in English, as unfortunately in Australia we
aren't multi-lingual.
For 0.5.9 I was having to build up that knowledge manually and
attempting to use google to translate french abbreviations (with
limited success) to decipher the old file format.
With 0.6 I can concentrate on the report now.
