I have attached sample QIF file.  You can see that timestamp is in the format:
2022-04-04 08:36:54

ISO 8601 uses the 24-hour clock format. Each date and time value has a fixed
number of digits that must be padded with leading zeros. The delimiter used
between date and time is a single space character.
