[grisbi-bugs] tiny problem on windows installer

I found that grisbi installer put 'C:\Prog\Grisbi\grisbi.exe' in the 
shell/open subentry of the gsb_account_file entry of the registry. The 
result is that if I double-clic on a file, Windows lauches grisbi without 
parameter and so it launches it with the last file used.
Instead of that, I put 'C:\Prog\Grisbi\grisbi.exe "%1"' and it solves the 
problem.
