hi Peter,

This option allows you to replace one payee by a string of some sort. 
Example I want to replace:
VIR FONCIA ROBACHE OB: 88861
by FONCIA

I write FONCIA in the "Payee name" field and %FONCIA% in the "Search 
string" field

The % is used as wildcard and replace one or more characters.
