Grisbi 2.0.5 is available for Ubuntu 20.04

We provide Grisbi 3.0.x for Ubuntu 22.04 only, not 20.04.

But you should be able to backport Grisbi 3.0.4 from Ubuntu 22.04 to
20.04 without problems.
