Grisbi.app is not compatible with Mac OS X Mavericks at this time.

Because I've some issues with XCode, not the time to work on a
compatible version, keep a copy of your system on an external
hard-drive if you plan to upgrade your Mac OS X.

We can't say if and when a compatible version wiil be available.
