[grisbi-user] Grisbi does not honor $HOME [repost]

I think it depends how gtk+ wrote the function: g_get_user_config_dir().

Tries to execute Grisbi with the following command:
export XDG_CONFIG_HOME=/home/foo/temp && grisbi
and gives us the result.
