[grisbi-user] Troubleshooting crashes on imports.

Other steps I followed:
* If importing multiple files - try each file individually
* Once one file has been found buggy - use binary search to locate
which part of the file is defective (i.e. Copy the file to backup,
delete half the file and try import again, if successful try the other
half, if failed split the file in half again)

In my particular case the amounts did not contain a decimal and once
fixed stopped crashing.

I also had crashes when importing data that has already been imported.
(I run a preprocessor against the bank files to categorise the input
for me and the cash file I was creating hadn't been updated to include
the next month and hence I was importing transactions that had been
already imported)
