[grisbi-user-french] Offer to translate documentation

Hallo,

I am a first year student at Bolton University and I am doing a project on 
Open Source software.  I am interested in personal finance and have 
completed an Open University course in the subject.  I studied French as a 
subsidiary subject at University, and would like to offer to translate a 
part of the documentation for my assignment
