The problem is specific to a Mac OS X's binary distribution.

On Mac OS X, applications are bundled. If something is missing in the
bundle, something goes wrong. Usually it's a crash.

I don't know what was really missing. I've rebuild the bundle with all
the files about goffice inside. Then everithing is OK. Before I
haven't to do that.
