[grisbi-devel] Remove g2banking support

Hi,
Aqbanking has no g2banking since version 3.x, it is even impossible to 
find a 2.x version of Aqbanking which
supports g2banking. I've searched in all mailing lists of grisbi for 
g2banking - the only entries are in the cvs-list
-> it looks like no user is current using g2banking.
After that I've removed g2banking in my local working-copy of latest 
cvs-version and made some tests,
remove of g2banking was successfully tested. If no one is against the 
remove I'll commit the changes
