Not sure what is required. Ran Grisbi in terminal and got the familiar opening. Shut down Grisbi, but could not find any trace file (using search). Can you please describe in more detail how to do this?<BR>

Summary: Cannot complete reconcile
Description:
When the OK button is pressed after reconciliation, the error message of
"Segmentation Fault" appears and the unchanged file is saved. Ubuntu 9,10
(with Bug <A HREF="http://grisbi.tuxfamily.org/mantis/view.php?id=422536">http://grisbi.tuxfamily.org/mantis/view.php?id=422536</A> (pertaining to
64- bit processors). No problems with
previous version 9.04.

Since you are running a Linux distro, it shouldn't be difficult to get the
trace of the bug.
Just run grisbi in a terminal, and paste the trace on a new note in this
bug.
That should help us find out what incompatibility there is between grisbi
and Ubuntu Karmic.
