Summary:                    Some operations doesn't change account balance
Description: 
After importing operations from my bank (Societe Generale) as QIF format, Some
operations appear :
* with only one decimal digit 
* doesn't change balance (shown at the right of the line).

I've tried to have a look on XML file but I don't detect anything curious.

The problem has already appeared previously but I thought I did something wrong
so I created a brand new account to work with. It has worked since june 2013
like a charm and suddenly it bugs again.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Don't know exactly. Seems to be an import issue with QIF format

Additional Information: 
I'd like to join an anonymized version of my Grisbi file but I don't know how to
do this...
