Summary: Export accounts as QIF/CSV doesn't work
Description:
The Export account is not able to save files
Steps to Reproduce:
To Export account as CSV or QIF (I tried twice)
I select an account then a filename
Gribi display a panel with the following information :
"Export setup terminated
You have successfully set up data export into Grisbi. Press the 'Close' button
to actually export data."
I click on "Closed"
A Popup appears with the following text :
"Unable to create file "D:\Anthony\ASC\Trésor\Import\ASC-Compte Général.csv"
:
No such file or directory"
The file is not exported,
I haven't seen any parameters to modify this behavioue

I have checked more cases, the export work correctly in the directory
"D:\Anthony\ASC\ but not in the directory D:\Anthony\ASC\Trésor\
So, it seems that grisbee doesn't support directory with spécial caracter like
'é' 'è' 'à' ...
I don't think that the severity major is already the good one. I think it could
be minor.

I can't reproduce the problem with Grisbi version 3.0.3.
Problem solved.
