Summary:                    No more possibility to resize the screen or put it
in full screen since upgrade to Linux Mint 20.3
Description: 
Since I updated my system to Linux Mint 20.3 (previously I was in Mint 20.1),
the size of the Grisbi windows cannot be changed anymore.
I don't have the scare in the uper right corner (see the print screen) so I
can't see all of my accounts without scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Evreytime since I am in Mint 20.3

Additional Information: 
Screen size definition is  1366x768
