Summary:                    When importing, dates are the date of the import,
not the date indicated in the file
Description: 
I tried to import a file exported from my bank but the date are the date of the
import, not the date indicated in the file (the transaction date).

Steps to Reproduce: 
Try to import Transactions_examples.csv attached, when imported, on my computer,
all transactions' dates are today.

Additional Information: 
I have a computer configured in English, here are my locales:

If your bank can provide a file in OFX instead of CSV that could solve your
problem.

Grisbi does not detect the correct date format. Delete the first column of the
file and import the file.

[Edit] You can also change LC_TIME=en_BE.UTF-8 by LC_TIME=fr_BE.UTF-8. it should
work
