I don't see the interest of this option.
In any case, it is just used to prohibit new third parties in the third party
selection box in the form. 

Je ne vois pas l’intérêt de cette option.
Elle sert juste à interdire l'ajout de nouveaux tiers dans la boite de
sélection des tiers du formulaire.
