Summary:                    Some settings are not saved or are ignored over
restart of application
Description: 
Automatic load of last used file do not work even when option is checked, and
"compress backup file" is always reset to "unchecked" over restart of Grisbi.
Settings in grisbi.conf and dconf are OK but seem to be ignored.
Also, I noticed that "Make backup every X minutes" setting mismatch between
grisbi.conf and dconf editor (15min as I set vs 10min).

Grisbi 2.0.0-1 on Ubuntu 20.04, deb package from download page.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Open a file, edit preference and check "open last used", set nr of files to
remember to 1, check "compress backup file" and "backup before save" and "backup
every 15 min".
Save file
Close Grisbi
Open Grisbi
The file is not reopen.
Go to preferences : compress backup file is not checked.

It's amazing it doesn't work.
It is normal to check all the options which are in blue in the preferences
because we have returned to a configuration file (grisbi.conf) without being
able to import the old values.
After exiting grisbi, you must check that the configuration file has been saved
and that the options are correctly set.

Warning this option "set nr of files to remember to 1" has nothing to do with
backups. It is only used to display the "Recently opened files" menu in file
menu"

At home the "compress backup file" option works. The result file is well
compressed.
The backup every 15 minutes works but the file is not compressed.
I look at this.
