On web site (and also here in Product Version list), is max 1.2.2.
In the About screen of my Grisbi I've 1.9.91

The last stable version of grisbi is 1.2.2. The versions 1.9.9x are unstable
versions.

La dernière version stable est la version 1.2.2. Les versions 1.9.9x sont des
versions de développement donc dites instables.
