Dans votre dernière trace je vois bien un appel à
gsb_file_automatic_backup_start()
 Tue Sep 24 07:22:57 2019, 0,830444 : Debug - gsb_file.c:848:gboolean
gsb_file_automatic_backup_start(GtkWidget *, gpointer) - 1

Mais ensuite aucun appel à gsb_file_automatic_backup().
Cette fonction aurait dû être appelée entre 07:37 et 07:48 mais il n'y a rien
dans les traces:
