*should*, indeed. However, there is nothing (no text, nor an area to click on).
Hence my question about whether it's a (reproductible) bug, or I screwed up some
part of the install…

I've made sure I have `dconf-devel` installed (actually
dconf-devel-0.32.0-1.fc30.x86_64).
