Description: 
Cash account can't be used if debit amount exceeds balance - including editing
existing transactions, splits. Includes non P/C transactions. especially
annoying on editing splits.

It's a feature. In principle, a cash account can not be negative. You must use
another type of account

C'est une fonctionnalité. Par principe un compte de caisse ne peut pas être
négatif. Vous devez utiliser un autre type de compte.

I wish it was as nice - if i enter a split transaction with a sub transaction
with an amount that exceeds the current balance then editing anything
(description) triggers this error.

Example: Cash account with 10 Eur/USD (doesn't matter)
enter a split transaction for 3, add 2 sub-transactions for 1 and 2.
add transaction for 6, try editing the sub transaction with amount of 2.

Sorry, I do not see any error time as the amount of the main transaction does
not put the account in deficit.
If the sum of the daughter operations is not equal to the amount of the main
operation, the amount remaining in red.
This bug may be related to the bug 1918. It will be necessary to see if it still
exists with the next version 1.2.x or in Github.
