I am pretty sure the problem comes from the support of HiDPI in GNOME/Gtk+
I modified Grisbi to display the scale factor on the console.
You can get this new version from
http://ludovic.rousseau.free.fr/softwares/grisbi/

- Grisbi-1.9.0-f0848cd84-old.dmg is build using the same Gtk+ than Grisbi 1.2.1
and should work. Please confirm.
- Grisbi-1.9.0-f0848cd84.dmg is build using the "new" Gtk+ also used for Grisbi
1.2.2.
Please try both versions and tell me what scale factor is used.
Start Grisbi from a Terminal (like
/Volumes/Grisbi/Grisbi.app/Contents/MacOS/Grisbi if the .DMG is mounted in
/Volumes/Grisbi) and you should get something like:
