Summary: Crash on import CSV
Description:
Crash on import CSV when there are operations to merge. Workaround is to remove
entries in CSV that are already accounted for in Grisbi. Importing the CSV in a
new account also works.

EDIT: Removing entries in CSV that are already accounted for in Grisbi does not
