j'ai trouvé la solution sur le post 1745 
Il faut supprimerle fichier :
Applications/Grisbi.app/Contents/Resources/lib/libz.1.dylib.
Le problème est résolu, merci encore pour votre travail et le partage...

Ce problème devrait être réglé avec la version 1.1.91
https://sourceforge.net/projects/grisbi/files/grisbi%20unstable/1.1.91/

Si ce n'est pas le cas merci de ré-ouvrir le bug.
