One solution may be to erase the file
/Applications/Grisbi.app/Contents/Resources/lib/libz.1.dylib to replace it with
a libz.1.dylib file provided by MAC High Sierra

La solution consiste à supprimer le fichier
/Applications/Grisbi.app/Contents/Resources/lib/libz.1.dylib. Si vous avez un
fichier libz.1.dylib fourni par MAC High Sierra grisbi devrait démarrer.
