Summary:                    The Comments section is collapsed
Description: 
The Comments section under account properties is collapsed although the text
entered is still in the field .

It is not clear how it can be resized.

The issue is the same over multiple accounts.

Steps to Reproduce: 
It has been like this for a while, unfortunately I cannot remember what caused
this to happen in the first place.

Which version of gtk have you ? iIf you do not know which version of ubuntu have
you ?
