Summary: SIGSEGV Crash when clicking Cancel on the Open
File... window
Description:
If I try to open a file and click the Recently Used shortcut in the sidebar, it
shows up with no recently used files, then cancelling out from that screen
results in a crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the File menu click Open File...
2. Click the Recently Used shortcut in the sidebar.
3. Click Cancel; if the Recently Used window is empty at this step, it crashes
with a segfault.

Additional Information:
The Recently Used screen should be empty.
