Summary:                    archive file
Description: 
if i archive my data and then make a new file using file/new account file it
makes the new file as an archive.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) File / archive transactions
2) File/quit
3) Reopen grisbi
4) file/new account  set up new account
5) file / saveas
6) file / quit
7) reopen grisbi
8) file/open

FILE OPENS AS ARCHIVE




Additional Information: 
not a serious problem as the message about an archive can be ignored
