Summary:                    Floating point issues in Transactions
Description: 
When currencies do not have floating point (such as JPY), transactions always
show 1 decimal.

For instance:
  JPY 10,000 (Japanese yen has no flating point)
shows as:
  JPY 10,000.0

Steps to Reproduce: 
Create a japanese account.
Input a transaction.

This is really a bug: Why zero decimal shows the same as 1 decimal?
