Description: 
Version 0.6.0 release

Following error message appears on attempting to open file.  Happens with all
files

An Error message occurred while parsing the file
Error number:0
Error on line 8 char 27: InvalidUTF-8 encoded text in name
- not valid '** accounts'

Steps to Reproduce: 
Try to load file.  Currently unable to obfuscate so attach old file
