Summary:                    Website inconsistencies
Description: 
1) Typo on all English grisbi.org pages.
2) Website navigation : no link from German to English.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1) Typo on all English grisbi.org pages.

Go to http://www.grisbi.org/index.en.html . Read :

> Easy Personnal Finance Manager for All

It should be spent "Personal".

and click on any link on the "main menu" area. Same problem.

2) Website navigation : no link from German to English.

Language area shows 5 flags, whatever the language. But when German is selected,
the links are the same as on the English page : they can't link to English but
the German flag is still present.


Additional Information: 
Suggestion : make things simpler. Show all 6 languages flags whatever the
selected languages.
