Description: 
lorsque que je sélectionne "opération ventilée" dans catégorie
le bouton "opération ventilée" apparaît nulle part, et il est impossible de
saisir une telle opération

Il n'y a plus de bouton "Opération ventilée" depuis la version 0.6.

Rien à faire. Problème de mode opératoire différent de la version 0.5.9 de
grisbi
