Summary:                    Account forecast is wrong when accounts for future
transfers from other accounts
Description: 
Use version 0.9.3
Have a scheduled transaction from one account (debit) to another account
(credit). However when I check the forecast of the account that should receive
the transfer in the future, the future transfer shows up as debit instead of
credit. If I do the transfer - the amount is credited.
