Bonjour

Sous Windows, la 9.1 se plante lors de la suppression d'une opération. Ce
plantage est systématique, reproductible sur tous fichiers Grisbi.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Créer un nouveau fichier grisbi
ajouter un compte
ajouter une opération
sauver
supprimer l'opération => crash
