Summary:                    Cannot cancel print dialog form
Description: 
The print dialog form cannot be cancelled.  It can be closed but clicking
anywhere else on the main form causes the print dialog form to reappear

Steps to Reproduce: 
Scenario:
1. Viewing an account
2. Click on print
3. Shown print dialog form
4. Click on cancel button
5. Print dialog form closes
6. Mouse click anywhere on main form
7. Print dialog form reappears

Only method to cancel print is to close main form and start again
