Summary:                    no warning for accounts under desired balance
Description: 
maybe i'm doing something wrong or missing a preference, but i get no
warnings for accounts under desired balance.. tried both with a bank and a
liability account.. (i think that was working fine in version 0.5.9)

It works for me on a recent CVS build. Do you still have the issue (with a
newer CVS build) ?

Have you always this problem. For this to work you must have the authorized
threshold and the desired threshold exceeded
