Summary:                    Inconsistent exchange rate
Description: 
When entering an operation with a foreign currency, grisbi will sometimes
cone up with an inconstaitent exchnage rate. When the operation is
validated, the resulting amount in home currency is wrong.

For example I enter an expense of 61.79 euros which converts to 87.50
dollars. Grisbi comes up with an exchange rate of 337,163,510 !

WHen I validate the operation, the amount becomes 6,959,223.68 dollars
