Summary:                    Grisbi messes up with previous operation
Description: 
WHen entering an opertaion involving another currency, grisbi will randomly
change the exchange rate in previous operations, even reconciled ones which
results in incorrect balances for accounts.

I looked a litlle bit more into this. The exchange rates are correct in the
files. It is the display which is incorrect.

For instance I have an operation like this:

Cu="1" Am="-140.00" Exb="1" Exr="0.7143222"

The resulting dollar amount should be 140*.7143222 = 195.99 but for some
reason, grisbi displays 206.34 dollars.
