This concerns the installer:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/grisbi/files/grisbi%200.6.0/beta3/Grisbi_0.6.0_b3.exe/download

0.5.9 was installed prior to this installation and it was not
uninstalled.

When using GTK installer one needs to change the settings in 'Install DLL
files to' and use <instdir>\lib - otherwise the program does not start.
