Summary:                    scroll bar missing in import window
Description: 
Vscroll bar is missing in import window (QIF and OFX import using menu
file/import file); see attached screendump. 

When importing multiple transactions, the 'continue' button is below the
screen and cannot be reached because the Vscrollbar is missing (changing
screen resolution can make button visible).
