Summary:                    Import with option Mark transactions of an account
Description: 
When a file (qif/csv) with is imported and the option Mark transactions of
an account is choosen happens in cvs or 0.5.9 following:
a) The amound fields have alwas the value 0,000000
b) marked transactions are not  not imported with Apply

The assistand for import also ends 'on step to early' -> the list with the
transactions is shown after the assistand finishes
