I've also had the same problem (see the uploaded .jpg file).  I was amending the
Automatic Numbering field at the time of the crash.

The Grisbi version I am using is:2.18.7

2.18.7 is the version of gtk. We obtain the version of Grisbi in the window

This bug has been fixed with the development version of grisbi available on git
server
