Summary:                    Planned income will result in an err-funny saldo
Description: 
With a fresh account, an initial balance, and just one planned income will
result in a false result of account balance

Steps to Reproduce: 
0) create account with 451,56 (or something else with decimals)
1) Then create a planned income of just 1 Euro
2) see plan in account, where result of 451,56 + 1,00 is 551,56
=> Grisbi seems to add with a factor 100 (indifferently if I use 1 Euro, or 2,
or ....2000, the factor is the same)
