[grisbi-bugs] [patch] fix strict linking

Hello.

The following patch fixes linking with -Wl,--as-needed linker option, by
removing GTK libs flags from LDFLAGS, and issuing them separatly through
grisbi_LDADD automake variable. This ensure -l flags always get added
after object files, not before.
