Summary:                    Erreur de segmentation sur imputation budgétaire
Description: 
Bonjour, 

bug sur la suppresion d'imputation budgétaire.
Quelque soit l'opération, si celle-ci a déjà une imputation budgétaire et
qu'on la retire, erreur de segmentation à la validation.
On peut modifier l'imputation, mais pas la supprimer.
