Summary:                    Payees tab freezing after new accounts file has been
created
Description: 
Just after the creation of a new accounts file, when clicking on the payees
tab, the mouse pointer switches to busy mode.

Clicking on New payee creates new payees named "New payee x", that are not
shown right away in the payees list.

These phantom payees only appear in the Payees list when a transaction is
associated to them.
